Activities
The activities should be chosen according to the audience for this initiative and to the objective of each intervention. Role Models may include such activities as, but not limited to, the following:
-
Occasional interventions such as lectures, classes, performances, training, seminars and meetings;
-
Long-term activities such as a series of linked events or as taking on the role of mentors or activities in schools or other bodies (whether during the week, and / or at the weekend, or for a longer period of time).

As far as possible, activities should cover different sectors (e.g. education, training, youth and sport) and Role Models should approach the target audience and be interactive and participative. The role and inclusion of people with disabilities should also be promoted, for example by involving Paralympic athletes as role models.

In general, these activities - in whatever format - are intended to trigger positive behaviours in the target audience (i.e., to inspire positive personal, socio-educational, and professional development patterns).
